Your numbers

Work out your bulk in 30 seconds.

Height, age and activity give a better estimate than bodyweight alone. No account needed.

Your daily targets

Fill in the form and your daily calories, protein, carbs and fat appear here, with a date range for reaching your target weight.

How it works

Two things, in one conversation.

  1. Say what you ate

Type it the way you would tell a friend ("fried rice with 2 eggs") or send a photo. Indonesian or English.

  2. It logs and advises

The coach writes calories, protein, carbs and fat to today's log, then tells you the one thing to eat next. No database search, no lecture.

Real food. Real numbers.Warung food, home food, restaurant food: describe it or photograph it, the coach estimates it.

What you get

A plan, a log, and a coach that reads both.

Bulk, cut or maintain

Pick a goal and a target weight. Daily calories and protein are computed from your bodyweight and recalculated whenever you change the plan.

Bulking · 51.8 kg → 60 kg

1,965 kcal · 104 g protein

  • Photo logging

Point the camera at the plate. Works for warung food, not just barcodes.

  • Weight trend

Tell the coach your morning weight. Progress shows start, change and distance to target, with each weigh-in's delta.

  • Telegram too

Connect the Telegram bot and log from chat when the app isn't open. Same coach, one log.

The numbers

Targets from your bodyweight, not a quiz.

Maintenance is estimated at 33 kcal per kg. Bulking adds about 15% (250 to 500 kcal) with protein at 2.0 g/kg; cutting subtracts about 20% and keeps protein higher at 2.2 g/kg. Fat sits at a quarter of calories and carbs fill the rest. Set your own protein if you like; the weekly review adjusts calories from your weigh-ins.

A day with Flex

From the first meal to the last.

Four real exchanges from one day, exactly as the coach answered them. Nothing here is mocked up.

  1. 07:40

breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, a scoop of rice, sweet tea

Breakfast logged: about 310 kcal and 15 g protein. Today's remaining target is roughly 1,650 kcal and 89 g protein, so make lunch a bigger portion of rice plus chicken or beef.

    • Boiled eggs · 140 kcal
    • Rice · 130 kcal
    • Sweet tea · 40 kcal
  2. 12:55

lunch was nasi padang with rendang and cassava leaves

Lunch logged: about 630 kcal and 25 g protein. You still have roughly 1,020 kcal and 64 g protein for today, so pick high protein tonight: grilled chicken or eggs, plus a glass of milk to close the gap.

    • Rice · 260 kcal
    • Beef rendang · 280 kcal
    • Cassava leaves · 90 kcal
  3. 18:10

what should I have for dinner?

Try one portion of grilled chicken, a scoop of rice and stir-fried vegetables, then a glass of full-cream milk. That's around 800 kcal and 55 g protein; a banana or a handful of nuts before bed covers the rest of the 1,965 kcal target.

  4. 22:05

    weight this morning 52.3

Weight logged at 52.3 kg, 7.7 kg to the 60 kg target, so keep the daily surplus. About 225 kcal and 9 g protein left today: a banana or some nuts does it.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

How accurate are the estimates?
They are estimates from a language model using typical Indonesian portion sizes, so expect roughly ±20% on a mixed plate. Consistent logging matters more than perfect numbers; the trend in your weight is the real feedback loop.
Where do the daily targets come from?
Maintenance is estimated at 33 kcal per kg of bodyweight, or with the Mifflin–St Jeor formula if you add height, age, sex and activity in Progress. Bulking adds about 15% (between 250 and 500 kcal), cutting subtracts about 20%. Protein is 2.0, 2.2 or 1.8 g/kg depending on the goal, in line with sports-nutrition research (ISSN 2017, Iraki et al. 2019), and you can set your own. Fat is 25% of calories, carbs fill the rest. These are starting points: the weekly review adjusts calories from your weigh-ins.
Do I need the Telegram bot?
No. It's an add-on: sign in with Google, then connect Telegram from the Progress tab with a one-time code. After that the bot and the app share one log.
Can I edit or delete a logged meal?
Not yet from the UI. Tell the coach the correction ("that was half a portion") and it will log the difference; proper editing is planned.
Is this medical advice?
No. Flex is a logging and estimation tool. If you have a medical condition or an eating-disorder history, talk to a professional before changing your intake.
